Founded in 2012, MTD Tool is engaged in manufacturing tools & dies for the Automotive Industry. We can build almost all kinds of dies (up to 4m), from the simplest tandem die to the most comlex progressive one, as well as some difficult automatic transfer one. Our largest press for tryout is 800Ton with a 4800Lx1300W bolster. Parts range from seating, exhausting, CCB, to hinge, closure, bumpers, etc. With the support of appropriate equipments and demonstrated expertise, our team has accumulated rich experience in high strength steel(such as DP780, DP980), stainless steel and Aluminum. 

Located in Dongguan, MTD plant is about 5000m². Among the whole 60 employees, there are 12 designers and 20 die makers. Annual capacity is 100~150 dies, 90% of which are exported to Europe, North America and South America. Our attention to details and always thinking with customers helps us earn more and more customers' confidence.
